Stacking The Shelves is a meme hosted by Tynga’s Reviews! It is a list of what books you have received over the previous week, either for review, from the library, from the bookstore, or from trades.
–Better When He’s Bad (Welcome to the Point #1) by Jay Crownover – I actually read this one this week and really enjoyed it. It’s a good start to this new adult series.
–The Warrior (Dante Walker #3) by Victoria Scott – I think this is the final book in the Dante Walker series and I’m excited to see how it all ends.
–Evidence of Things Not Seen by Lindsey Lane – The cover is what originally caught me with this one but it sounds awesome.
–Firebug by Lish McBride – I’m a big fan of Lish McBride’s writing style and sense of humor so I’m looking forward to reading this one.
–Dream Boy by Mary Crockett and Madelyn Rosenberg – The synopsis of this one reminds me of Beautiful Creatures. Other than that, it just sounds like something I’ll enjoy. And the cover is really pretty.
–The Name of the Blade (The Name of the Blade #1) by Zoe Marriott – I’m not a fan of the cover of this one but it sounds awesome and I’ve heard great things about this author’s books.
–The Chance You Won’t Return by Annie Cardi – I haven’t heard a lot about this one but it’s part of the contemporary challenge so I’m eager to read it.
That’s it for me this week. What did you get?
You’re right, the cover of EVIDENCE OF THINGS NOT SEEN is stunning! It caught my eye right away =)
Annie Cardi is a debut author and this book is getting awesome reviews! I think everyone’s raving about her characters and the way she portrays mental illness realistically.
Love the hook, with Amelia Earhart 🙂
Awesome haul!! Almost all the book on your list are new ones to me. I love the cover of The Chance You Won’t Return by Annie Cardi and The Name of The Blade looks great too. The title reminds me of The Name of The Star by Maureen Johnson and The Name of the Wind by Patrick Rothfuss….
I can’t wait to read the warrior. I hope you enjoy it along with the rest of your books
