Book trading!

A while ago I posted a list of books that I have to trade. I update the post as I get new books and I have a link above my posts for the actual trading list. Since I posted the list I have gotten maybe one or two emails about trading and I don’t think it’s really easy to see what I have to trade. Is there something you guys would recommend doing to draw more attention to my list? I would really love to clear out some of my duplicate books and get some new ones that I want to read.

Any ideas would be helpful and if you want to trade comment or email me! =]

  1. I’ve had a trade list up for a few months but never really got an answer. I ended up giving them all away. they all got claimed within 24 hours, I wonder why lol

  2. I’ve had this problem too. So far my soultion has been mostly to update my trading list every once in a while and just post about it occasionally to remind people.

  3. Maybe create a bigger wishlist, I am sure that there are more books that you want and that might make it easiest for other people to swap with you. :]

  4. My suggestion is to join Goodreads.com and create a bookshelf called “Books to Swap” or something similar. Then you can grab a widget from that site to put on your blog sidebar that will show the book covers of books you’d like to swap. Hope that helps! 🙂
