Book Haul! (102)

Book Haul is a weekly feature here on Katie’s Book Blog.  It is not something I created and I take no credit for it.  Anyone who wants to participate can and you don’t necessarily have to call it a book haul. It is a list of what books you have received over the previous week, either for review, from the library, from the bookstore, or from trades.

For review:
Shift (Shade #2) by Jeri Smith-Ready
And Then Things Fall Apart by Arliana Tibensky
Darkness Becomes Her by Kelly Keaton
So Shelly by Ty Roth
The Queen Of Water by Laura Resau and Maria Farinango
Like Mandarin by Kirsten Hubbard
Jersey Tomatoes Are The Best by Maria Padian
White Cat by Holly Black
Red Glove by Holly Black
Exposed by Kimberly Marcus
Ada: Legend Of A Healer by R.A. McDonald

Bought:
Everwild by Neal Shusterman
Deadly Little Games (Touch #3) by Laurie Faria Stolarz
The Education Of Hailey Kendrick by Eileen Cook

Trades:
The Rapture by Liz Jensen
The Game by Monica Hughes
Lily Of The Nile by Stephanie Dray
Dawn Of The Dreadfuls by Steve Hockensmith

Sorry for the lack of pictures this week.  I am not feeling so great this weekend so I just wanted to post this and go crawl back into bed.

I got some great books for review and I am so excited to read them.  I also couldn’t resist Borders markdowns and bought a couple more.  I also got some books from trades and I think they all look wonderful.

  1. You always get the best books! I can’t wait to see what you think of Like Mandarin. 🙂

Happy reading & feel better soon!

  2. I’ve heard great things about LIKE MANDARIN. It’s definitely on my TBR list. And yay for the third Touch novel! I still have to read the second 🙂

Here’s what’s in my mailbox this week!

  3. White Cat and Darkness Becomes Her were two incredibly awesome books. You’re lucky you got Red Glove too!

By the way, Like Mandarin’s by Kirsten Hubbard, not Mandy Hubbard 😉

Stop by my IMM if you get a chance!

  4. You always get so many books for review, I can’t believe you even have time to do anything but read. They all sound amazing though. Happy Reading!
