Waiting, Wanting, Wishing: Breathless Reads Edition! (29)

Waiting, Wanting, Wishing is a feature here on Katie’s Book Blog. There are so many books out there that I want to read and this is a good way to spotlight some of them. This weeks theme is a little different.  Today I’m showcasing the five books picked for Penguin Teen’s Fall 2012 Breathless Reads promotion. (And yes I know one of them was in last weeks Waiting, Wanting, Wishing. It’s just twice as awesome.)

  1. Ah! I love Penguin books! Okay, is it just me or does Origin remind you a lot of Under the Never Sky? It does for me! Venom and Black City both sound completely amazing. I can’t wait to read them. Thanks for sharing, Katie!

  2. Haven’t heard of some of these, but they sound so cool! Origin sounds really unique, and I’m now really excited for Fallen Kingdoms. I LOVE high fantasy!

  3. Venom is one of my favorite series ever! I love the secret society and the love triangle (it totally works here and it’s all about Cass). The murders and mystery were great!

Fiona Paul (Paula Stokes now! Can’t wait for her new books!) rocks 🙂
