As part of the book blogger summer reading program I promised you guys some mini challenges and giveaways! Here’s the second!

Every summer I try and go back and revisit some of my favorite characters and places.  Harry Potter is a good go-to for me when it comes to summertime reading.  Summer is a time when you get to relax and what’s more relaxing than re-reading a favorite book?

So here is my challenge to you guys: go back and re-read a favorite book of yours.  It can be adult, young adult, middle grade, whatever.  Just spend a little time not worrying about review books and have a little fun with an oldie but a goodie.

You have until the end of July to complete this mini-challenge!

What can you win?

A book of choice (under $15) from The Book Depository.

  1. I absolutely adore Edenbrooke by Julianne Donaldson and re-read it regularly 🙂 It was a perfect way to spend my Sunday- thanks for the challenge!

  2. I’ve been re-reading Fantasyland series by Kristen Ashley these past weeks. Next, I’m gonna pick up Since You’ve Been Gone by Morgan Matson. 🙂

  3. The first book of the Traveling Pants of the Sisterhood 🙂 I remember reading this in high school during the summer years ago!

  4. Mockingjay, ha, was actually my most recently read book, but I feel like over my lifetime, the Harry Potter series will end up being the most re-read.

  5. I meant that Mockingjay was my most recently RE-read book. In preparation for the MOIVE!!!! SO EXCITED! The trailer should drop in a couple of days!!! EEEEK

  6. Because I am going to a Richelle Mead book signing, I decided to re-read Kisses from Hell, an anthology that she is featured in. I wish I hadn’t re-read it, but whatever.

  7. I reread Saving Francesca by Melina Marchetta, it was just as good as the first time, this time I tabbed all my favourite pages but it looks so ridiculous because every other page has a green tab sticking out. It felt good to revisit the story.

  8. I absolutely love the books by Becca Fitzpatrick! Hush Hush, Crescendo, Silence and Finale 🙂 They’re so easy and enjoyable to read, and I admit I’ve re-read them about 50 times! 🙂
