I think Augusts’s letter to Hazel is one of my absolute favorite aspects. It’s equally heartbreaking and beautiful. Love your list – makes me want to watch the movie ASAP
This is on of the few where I watched the movie before reading the book. I never read the book(and I still don’t know if I will or not) because, I was afraid I’d cry through the whole thing. Not that that wasn’t fear for the movie too.. and I did cry watching it. A lot! My favorite thing was their little “Okay” moments. They were cute, and subtle, and so completely them. 🙂 Thank you for the giveaway! 🙂
One of my favorite parts is DEFINITELY when they egged Monica’s house. John Green could have made the book so dark with no lightening humor, but I am so glad he didn’t.. TFIOS made me laugh over and over, and oh I just love it. <3 !!
My favorite part in the book is the beautiful speech that Augusts gave Hazel when they were having dinner in Amsterdam, it was so beautiful, I sometimes re-read it because it just makes my heart so warm inside to see how someone can fall in love so hard. “I’m in love with you, and I know that love is just a shout into the void, and that oblivion is inevitable, and that we’re all doomed and that there will come a day when all our labor has been returned to dust, and I know the sun will swallow the only earth we’ll ever have, and I am in love with you.” It just takes my breath away every single time.
One of my favorite scenes, both movie and book, was when Hazel and Isaac were doing their eulogies to Gus. Made my heart hurt so much, but the amount of love Hazel has for Gus in unreal in these scenes. You can really tell how much Gus means to Isaac and it breaks my heart.
It would have to be when they visited the Anne Frank House! 😉
I think my favourite part is their version of “forever”. Okay? Okay. It was simple yet so sweet. 😉
First kiss! 🙂
I have not seen the movie yet. I plan to as soon as it comes out in DVD. I did however read the book. It’s hard to pick my favorite moment, but the egg throwing scene is probably my favorite. She had it coming.
I haven’t seen or read it yet – but I have heard it is quite moving! Would love the chance to watch it!
Definitely when Gus has them practice his funeral. Oh my gosh, I bawled like a baby, both in the book and movie!
My favorite moments are the Anne Frank House. I found that entire scene to be amazing! I really love Gus letter to Hazel!
I think I just loved their “okay?” “okay.” moments… ALL of them. A simple word that meant EVERYTHING to them ♡
My favourite part was the pre-funeral. Even though it was so sad, it made me happy.
I have not read the book nor have I watch the movie so do not have a favorite moment at this time.
One of my fav scenes was Isaacs eulogy to Gus!
the letter part
When Hazel & Gus were having dinner at the restaurant in Amsterdam.
I haven’t seen, but my daughters have, that’s all I heard about, so this is for them
The egg throwing scene was my favorite part of both the book and the movie.
I have not watched the movie or read the book but I have heard nothing but great things about it and would love the chance to win.

One of my favourite scenes was when Isaac broke Gus’s trophies! It was so funny 🙂
When Augustus said it would be a privilege to have my heart broken by you
Favorite scene in the movie might have to be egging the car; favorite in the book, Gus’s letter <3
One of my favorite moments is Gus’s letter to Hazel. It got me in both the book and the movie!
My favorite moment is when Hazel and Gus dine at that restaurant in Amsterdam – both the movie and the book captured that scene beautifully!
I liked the part in the Holocaust museum…Anne Frankly, you can’t convince me otherwise.
The egg scene! thank you so much for the awesome contest!!
never read the book or seen the movie, hoping I’m able to rent it soon!
I loved this book so much, despite the amount of Klenex it took to get through it. The movie was great, too.
I love the airplane scene and the egg scene. Both are endearing and lovely.
I LOVE the Fault in Our Stars my favorite scene would have to be the egg throwing scene I just love how strong their friendship is in that moment. I also love all the little jokes Hazel and Gus make throughout the book and movie.
When they go to Amsterdam and get to go to the fancy restaurant!
My favorite part is when they get to Amsterdam and she meets her favorite author and when they realizes what a douche he is a tell him off.
I love how in the movie where hazel meets Gus for the first time in the group & the looks that passed between them – in the support group when he stands up and introduces himself you can tell he is totally putting on a charming, cutesy, show for hazel
My favorite moment was when Hazel and Augustus met. The day that they were both at support group was so adorable and cute. The way they looked at each other and talked to each other made it my favorite scene in the movie!
I haven’t seen it yet. Can’t wait.
My favorite scene would have to be the date night! So beautiful and emotional!!
Haven’t seen it yet or read the book. But I hear the date night scene is good.
My favorite moment is when Hazel and Augustus first meet.
