You know, I couldn’t read these books because I didn’t like the covers, but this last book, with the girl coming out of the egg thing–I really want to read the series now. I guess the human element made all the difference.
There are some marketing campaigns to up the hype that are really well done. This one was really good, as was Splintered’s.
