Publishing news:
Berkley Books and Penguin Young Readers Group have acquired the self-published novel Easy by Tammara Webber. They will take over the ebook rights on October 9 and a Berkley trade paperback edition will be published on November 6.
Simon & Schuster announced that they will be publishing a new YA novel by Becca Fitzpatrick. Her new book, Black Ice, is a standalone psychological thriller that will be published in 2014.
Sherry Thomas’ debut young adult fantasy, The Burning Sky, sold to Balzer + Bray. It is set to be published in Fall 2013.

Crewel was a hugely unique book, but I don’t like how they left that world and entered earth for the second one. I wanted more of the new world! The trailer rocks 🙂
