I can get teary-eyed pretty easily when reading a good book, but basically anything by Colleen Hoover will have me sobbing. Slammed, Hopeless, Ugly Love… oh, the tears!

I have to second I’ll Meet You There! Really enjoyed that book and so glad I picked it up even though the cover put me off at first. 🙂
